Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)

Under the guidance of the Board of Health, assesses and addresses the needs of the community in order to help protect and improve the health and quality of life of residents and visitors. This is carried out by the implementation of disease surveillance, health promotion, environmental health inspection, public outreach, education, and empowerment.
